About the Journal

Artificial Intelligence for Education is a peer-reviewed, open-access, interdisciplinary journal devoted to the study and advancement of AI-enabled education. The journal publishes research that explores how artificial intelligence can support learning, teaching, assessment, educational governance, and lifelong development.

Its mission is to promote rigorous, responsible, and human-centered AI research for education, while providing a global venue for scholars, educators, engineers, and policymakers to exchange ideas and disseminate impactful findings.

Artificial Intelligence for Education follows a Gold Open Access publishing model. All articles are freely and permanently available online without subscription or paywall restrictions. Authors retain copyright, and published articles are licensed under CC BY 4.0, supporting open dissemination, responsible reuse, and educational innovation in AI.
