Process for Submission

All authors are required to submit their manuscripts electronically in PDF format. The journal accepts submissions that demonstrate innovation and logical rigor. Submission Procedure: Please submit your manuscript files via https://author.ai4e.org. Authors are required to submit both a ZIP archive containing the LaTeX source files of the manuscript and the corresponding PDF version. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that all listed co-authors have approved the final version and meet the criteria for authorship. "Guest authorship" is strictly prohibited. Upon successful submission, the corresponding author will receive an acknowledgment. The status of the manuscript can be inquired about via email. Copyright & Ethic: By submitting to AI4E, authors affirm the originality of their work. Plagiarism (including self-plagiarism) and data fabrication are strictly forbidden; all submissions are screened using detection software. If Generative AI was used to polish the text, it must be explicitly declared in the Acknowledgments section. AI cannot be listed as an author.

Peer Review

The Editorial Board will prescreen all submissions and remove from further consideration those that do not meet the journal's requirements, including but not limited to: scope of the journal, quality of presentation, novelty, and adherence to ethical standards. AI4E employs a rigorous peer-review process. Each manuscript passing the prescreening will be evaluated by independent reviewers. AI4E also offers an optional AI-assisted review process, and authors can choose whether to allow AI to participate in the review of their manuscript. To preserve the integrity of the review, authors must ensure that the manuscript is formatted correctly (including continuous line numbering) to assist reviewers in locating specific sections. After the review process, one of the following decisions will be communicated: (1) Accept (2) Minor Revision (3) Major Revision (4) Reject & Resubmit (5) Reject

Submission Template

To ensure consistency with the journal's formatting standards, authors are strongly recommended to use the Official AI4E LaTeX Template: AI4E_template.zip Using the template will automatically handle the specific formatting requirements of AI4E. We appreciate your adherence to these guidelines and look forward to receiving your submission. Should you have any further questions, please contact the Editorial Office at contact@ai4e-j.org.
